Aminex plc has issued 8 million new ordinary shares at €0.001 each, raising £61,000 through the exercise of options under its share option schemes, aimed at bolstering the company’s working capital. The new shares will soon be admitted to the Official Lists and trading on the London Stock Exchange, expected to start around 26 June 2024. This issuance will bring the total voting rights in Aminex to 4,219,167,024 shares.
