Amex Exploration Inc. has initiated a $4.0 million private placement, attracting investments from notable backers Eric Sprott and Eldorado Gold. The funds will primarily advance the company’s Perron Gold Project and for general capital purposes. The private placement consists of units priced at C$1.15, with each unit including a share and a half warrant, exercisable within 24 months.
