Amex Exploration Expands Private Placement Fundraising

Amex Exploration (TSE:AMX) has released an update.

Amex Exploration has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement to raise C$5.416 million through the sale of 4,710,000 units at C$1.15 each. The units include a share and half of a purchase warrant, exercisable at C$1.40 within 24 months. The funds will advance the Perron Gold Project and support general working capital.
