Amesite Inc. announces the appointment of Sarah Berman as the new Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, replacing Sherlyn W. Farrell. Starting December 15, 2024, Berman, a seasoned CPA with a rich background in accounting and auditing, will serve a one-year term at a monthly fee of $4,000. This strategic move aims to leverage Berman’s expertise to strengthen Amesite’s financial management.
