Ameriwest Lithium Inc. has partnered with Pure Energy Minerals Ltd., laying out a strategic plan for Pure Energy to potentially acquire up to an 85% interest in Ameriwest’s Nevada-based Railroad Valley Property, a site with significant lithium resources. The partnership is poised to benefit from Pure Energy’s experience in lithium brine development, while allowing Ameriwest to concentrate on its Thompson Valley lithium clay property in Arizona.
