Amerigo Resources Weathers Chile Rains

Amerigo Resources (TSE:ARG) has released an update.

Amerigo Resources Ltd. has reported minimal production impact following heavy rains near its Minera Valle Central operation in Chile, with no injuries or accidents. Despite the accumulation of rainwater halting historic tailings processing, the company’s 2024 copper and molybdenum production guidance remains unchanged. Amerigo has taken measures to mitigate future rain impact, including constructing a new water containment dam and deploying pumps for water removal.
