Americas Gold And Silver Corporation (TSE:USA) has released an update.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation has expanded its private placement to C$7.5 million, offering up to 25 million units at C$0.30 each, with additional purchasing options. The proceeds are destined for working capital, enhancing silver-copper ore production in U.S. and Mexico operations, and general corporate purposes. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is set to close by March 27, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
