Americas Gold And Silver Corporation successfully completed financings totaling $7.8 million through both brokered and non-brokered private placements, comprising units of common shares and warrants. The funds raised are to be allocated towards working capital for the company’s Cosalá Operations and Galena Complex, and for general corporate purposes, enhancing their silver-copper ore production in the U.S. and Mexico.
