American Vanguard Corporation announced the departure of CEO Eric Wintemute effective July 12, 2024, while he continues as Chairman until the 2025 Annual Meeting and remains an as-needed consultant. The company has formed an interim Office of the Chief Executive Officer, led by Acting CEO Timothy Donnelly and including executives David Johnson, Shirin Khosravi, and Board member Dr. Mark Bassett, as they search for a permanent CEO. None of the interim leaders have family ties or reportable transactions with company insiders.
