GTI Resources Ltd ( (AU:AMU) ) has provided an announcement.
American Uranium Limited plans to start drilling the remaining 55 holes under its 121-hole permit at the Lo Herma ISR uranium project in Wyoming in early May 2026, pending contractor mobilisation and site preparation. The program will focus on infill drilling within existing Mine Units and expansion drilling into newly secured mineral rights south of Mine Unit 2 to grow and upgrade resources.
The company will run parallel hydrogeological and metallurgical programs to refine key parameters such as permeability, transmissivity and flow behaviour, as well as ISR-related metallurgical performance. Results from the drilling and technical work are expected to underpin an updated Mineral Resource estimate and a planned Scoping Study targeted for the third quarter of 2026, potentially de-risking project development and strengthening American Uranium’s position in the U.S. uranium sector.
