GTI Resources Ltd ( (AU:AMU) ) has provided an announcement.

American Uranium Limited has extended the closing date of its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to 3 June 2026, giving eligible shareholders more time to participate after resolving an issue with its BPAY facility and allowing for postal delivery of application materials. The offer, comprising one new share for every six held with free attaching options, is intended to bolster funding for the company’s growing U.S. uranium portfolio, and shareholders taking up full entitlements may also apply for additional shares under a shortfall facility, potentially strengthening the company’s capital base as it advances its Lo Herma and Wyoming projects.

The company has reiterated its updated resource position in Wyoming, highlighting a combined 11.11 million pounds of U3O8 across the Lo Herma and Great Divide Basin projects and outlining sizeable exploration targets that remain conceptual pending further drilling. Confirmation that existing mineral resource estimates and assumptions remain unchanged, backed by an independent competent person, underpins confidence in the scale and continuity of American Uranium’s assets, reinforcing its strategic position in U.S. uranium supply as it continues multi-year drilling programs across Lo Herma and nearby projects.
