Demesne Resources Ltd. ( (TSE:TUNG) ) has shared an update.
American Tungsten Corp. has reported initial underground drilling results from its Phase 1 program at the IMA Tungsten Mine in Idaho, with all four reported holes intersecting significant tungsten and silver mineralization over meaningful widths. The confirmatory results from the No.5, No.7 and interpreted No.9 vein systems support the company’s objective of defining a mineral resource at the project.
The company says the strong tungsten grades and consistent silver credits underscore the high-quality nature of the IMA asset and suggest silver byproducts could help offset future operating costs. With 10 holes completed and assays pending for additional drilling on the D-level, American Tungsten plans to continue fan drilling and advance metallurgical work as it moves the mine toward potential development.
