Demesne Resources Ltd. ( (TSE:TUNG) ) has shared an update.
American Tungsten Corp. has reported substantial progress on rehabilitation of the Zero Level access tunnel at its Ima Mine in Idaho, reaching 115 feet of restored workings and entering the main collapsed zone. Site inspections, including by an MSHA inspector, indicated strong safety performance with a zero radon reading, reinforcing the mine’s readiness for further underground work.
The company has also signed a Letter of Intent with Global Tungsten & Powders, one of the world’s largest tungsten processors, to secure a U.S.-based offtake partner for future production. Management says the deal underpins anticipated near-term output and a full-scale restart of the Ima Mine, supporting its strategy to become a leading domestic supplier of high-grade tungsten and strengthen a resilient North American critical minerals supply chain.
American Tungsten remains funded for updated resource definition drilling and technical studies at the site, while continuing to pursue non-dilutive capital through government partnerships. The company is also stepping up investor outreach, planning to present at an invitation-only capital markets summit in the Bahamas as it advances the Ima Mine toward commercial production.
