Blanton Resources Corp. ( (TSE:USLI) ) has issued an announcement.

American Salars Lithium has provided a corporate update highlighting progress across its diversified portfolio of lithium exploration assets in Brazil and Quebec, while confirming the termination of a planned Nevada acquisition. The company reports encouraging early results at its 18,083‑hectare Jaguaribe hard‑rock project in Ceará, Brazil, where initial sampling of spodumene‑bearing pegmatites returned grades up to 3.72 percent Li₂O and rare earth elements, and it has moved into a second‑phase exploration program targeting additional LCT pegmatites.

In Quebec, American Salars is advancing multiple hard‑rock lithium prospects, including road‑accessible properties in the Gaspé region with historic lithium and rare earth element values, the Lac Simard project within a growing lithium belt near Sayona Mining’s Tansim project, and the Xenia West and East claim groups southeast of Val‑d’Or, all positioned close to key mining infrastructure. The company has also decided not to proceed with the previously announced acquisition of the Black Rock Project in Nevada, sharpening its focus on its Canadian and Brazilian portfolios and reinforcing a strategy centered on building a geographically diversified pipeline of lithium exploration projects in major battery‑metal districts.
