American Rare Earths (AU:ARR) has released an update.
American Rare Earths Limited has announced a new proposal to issue up to 2,000,000 options with an exercise price of $0.25 each, expiring three years from the issue date, subject to shareholder approval. The proposed issue date is set for November 29, 2024, and the move is pending approval from the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
