American Rare Earths Director Resigns, Continues Advisory Role

American Rare Earths Limited announces the resignation of Mr. John Mansanti as Non-Executive Director, effective August 31, 2024. The company expresses gratitude for his contributions and notes that Mansanti will continue as a Senior Advisor to the subsidiary Wyoming Rare Inc. American Rare Earths is committed to developing the Halleck Creek and La Paz rare earth projects sustainably to support the clean energy transition.
