American Rare Earths Adjusts Stake in Godolphin

Godolphin Resources Limited (AU:GRL) has released an update.

American Rare Earths Limited, a substantial holder in Godolphin Resources Limited, has altered its stake in the company through a series of on-market purchases, changing its voting power from 12.15% to 10.16%. The transactions, which occurred between August and September, involved the acquisition of over 1.19 million fully paid ordinary shares for a total consideration of over $16,092. Following these changes, American Rare Earths Limited now directly holds over 10.69 million shares and an additional 15.25 million shares through Colbern Fiduciary Nominees Pty Ltd.
