American Potash Corp. is set to raise $650,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 13 million units, aimed at funding their property permits and general working capital. The units, priced at $0.05 each, include a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.10 within two years.
