New Tech Lithium Corp (TSE:KCL) has released an update.
American Potash Corp. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered private placement, which will now offer 20 million units at $0.05 each to raise a total of $1 million. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for property permits and working capital, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
