American Oncology Network, Inc. has welcomed William J. Valle to its Board of Directors as a Class I Director following the Nominating and Governance Committee’s recommendation. His election is effective immediately, and he has not been decided on for any specific Board committees yet. Importantly, Valle’s directorship comes without any conflicts of interest, as he has no material transactions requiring disclosure and meets the stringent independence criteria set by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Nasdaq listing requirements.
