American Lithium Corp. has decided to voluntarily delist its shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market and plans to continue trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company aims to address compliance issues and reduce the burdens of being listed on Nasdaq while ensuring U.S. investors can trade their shares on the OTCQX Market.
