American Lithium Corp. has decided to voluntarily delist its shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market, citing the high costs and burdens of compliance as outweighing the benefits. The company will continue to list its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and plans to have its shares quoted on the OTCQX Markets in the U.S.
