American Creek Resources Advances with Cunningham Mining Deal

American Creek Resources (TSE:AMK) has released an update.

American Creek Resources Ltd. has received a $300,000 signing fee from Cunningham Mining Ltd. as part of a definitive arrangement agreement. The company is also preparing for an annual general and special meeting where shareholders will vote on the plan of arrangement with CML. American Creek continues to hold a 20% interest in the Treaty Creek Project, which remains cost-free to them until production begins.
