American Creek Resources Ltd. has extended its exclusivity period for negotiations with Cunningham Mining Ltd. regarding the acquisition of American Creek at $0.43 per share. Cunningham has secured a $153 million token subscription to finance the transaction, reflecting confidence in American Creek’s assets, including the Goldstorm deposit and Treaty Creek Project.
