Amcorp Global Ltd. has announced significant changes to its board and committee structures, effective from 27 September 2024. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Mr. Quah Ban Huat as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, while Mr. Kamil Ahmad Merican has been named the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director.
