Amcor (AMCR) has issued an update.
Amcor plc has appointed Peter Konieczny as its new CEO after he served as Interim CEO since April 2024. Konieczny, with a background at Amcor since 2010 and previous industry experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. In his new position, he will maintain his current salary and incentive plans and will also be nominated to join the Company’s Board of Directors at the upcoming annual general meeting. His employment terms also outline severance benefits and restrictions should his tenure as CEO come to an end.
