Amcon Distributing Company (DIT) has issued an update.
AMCON Distributing Company has announced a deal to acquire the wholesale distribution assets of Burklund Distributors, Inc. for an estimated $18.9 million, subject to adjustments. This strategic purchase, financed through existing bank relationships and term debt, is slated for completion in AMCON’s third fiscal quarter of 2024, pending standard closing conditions. The company has also issued a press release to publicize this business expansion move.
