Amcomri Entertainment Inc. has announced a delay in its Q2 financial reporting, leading to an expected ‘failure-to-file’ cease trade order (CTO) across Canada, which will halt trading of the Company’s securities. The CTO will remain until the required interim filings are completed, with the Company’s shares also expected to be suspended from trading on the Cboe Canada. Amcomri intends to keep stakeholders informed in compliance with securities regulations.
