Amcomri Entertainment Inc. has announced the suspension of trading of its securities on the CBOE Canada following the sale of its television and film businesses, signaling the company’s exit from active business. As trading was suspended on September 3, 2024, the company faces automatic delisting if the suspension is not lifted within 150 days. Shareholders had previously approved a potential voluntary delisting during the annual meeting on August 28, 2024.
