AMC Entertainment Welcomes New Board Member with Expertise

AMC Entertainment ( (AMC) ) has shared an update.

AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. announced the election of Marcus Glover to its Board of Directors, effective September 12, 2024. Glover, with a term until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, qualifies as an “independent director” under New York Stock Exchange guidelines and also as an “audit committee financial expert” as defined by the SEC. His extensive financial and management expertise is expected to greatly benefit AMC, the largest theatrical exhibitor in the U.S. and the world. Glover’s previous roles include Executive Vice President and CFO of Bally’s Corporation and leadership positions with Caesars Entertainment, bringing valuable experience to the AMC Board.
