Ambev S.A. has announced a leadership change with Carlos Eduardo Klutzenschell Lisboa set to become the new Chief Executive Officer starting January 1st, 2025. He will be replacing the current CEO, Jean Jereissati Neto, and will serve a term until December 31, 2027. Additionally, Lisboa will resign from his position on the Board of Directors effective the same day he assumes his new role.
