Ambertech Director Increases Shareholding

Ambertech Limited (AU:AMO) has released an update.

Ambertech Limited has reported that Director Peter Wallace has increased his indirect shareholding through Wallace Capital Pty Ltd and Endeavour Capital Partners Pty Ltd, as a result of acquiring 137,366 ordinary shares at a valuation of $36,896.51 via the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). Following this change, Wallace’s total held shares in the company have risen to 2,927,077 and 284,985 respectively in each entity.
