Amber International Holding reported unaudited fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on April 28, 2026, with revenue surging 784.1% year-on-year to US$66.1 million and its first GAAP-profitable year from continuing operations. The group’s Amber Premium segment drove performance, with wealth management solutions revenue climbing 463.6% to US$34.9 million, gross margin expanding to 74.8%, adjusted EBITDA turning positive at US$4.7 million, and client assets on platform reaching US$1.3 billion as of December 31, 2025.

The company strengthened its regulatory footprint by securing a VARA VASP license in Dubai on April 2, 2026, complementing its existing MPI license in Singapore and ongoing Hong Kong license applications, and it launched a US$50 million share repurchase program in November 2025 with US$0.9 million deployed by year-end. Management also unveiled the AI-native “A-Suite” architecture, deepened AI integration via its MIA agent, and highlighted high asset concentration per active client and a growing KYC’ed user base as positioning Amber as a differentiated, institutional-grade digital asset wealth platform with substantial capacity for further expansion and capital return.

Spark’s Take on AMBR Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, AMBR is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (sharp revenue contraction, ongoing losses, and negative operating/free cash flow). Technicals provide some near-term support (positive MACD and trading above 20/50-day averages), but overbought-leaning indicators and longer-term downtrend signals cap the outlook. Valuation is also constrained by unprofitability (negative P/E) and no dividend yield data.
