Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of 11,608 shares of Applus Services, S.A. at a price of 12.78 euros each, as part of its ongoing takeover bid for the company’s delisting. With this purchase, Amber EquityCo will hold 71.87% of Applus’s share capital, significantly strengthening its control over the company.
