Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced its recent acquisition of 681,610 shares in Applus Services, S.A. at a price of 12.78 euros per share. Following this transaction, Amber EquityCo will hold a 71.83% majority stake in Applus, as part of its efforts to delist the company. The takeover bid for Applus was initially submitted on 19 July 2024.
