Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has notified the acquisition of 3,563 Applus Services, S.A. shares at €12.78 each, increasing its ownership to 71.86% of Applus’ share capital. This move is part of a takeover bid aimed at delisting Applus, with the offer initially submitted on 19 July 2024.
