Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of 3,610 additional shares in Applus Services, S.A. at a price of 12.78 euros each, as part of their ongoing takeover bid for Applus aimed at delisting the company. Following this purchase, the Offeror’s stake in Applus will rise to 71.86%, totaling 92,748.066 shares.
