Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of an additional 14,387 shares of Applus Services, S.A. at a price of 12.78 euros per share, increasing its holding to 71.31% of Applus’s share capital. This move is part of a takeover bid aimed at delisting Applus, following previous purchases of shares not included in the original authorization request.
