Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of 618,871 shares in Applus Services at a price of 12.78 euros per share, increasing its stake to 72.38% as part of its takeover bid to delist the company. The takeover bid was initially submitted on 19 July 2024, and with the recent purchase, the Offeror moves closer to delisting Applus.
