Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of 471 additional shares of Applus Services at a price of €12.78 each. This purchase increases their ownership to 71.86% of Applus’s share capital, as part of their efforts to take the company private. The takeover bid for delisting Applus was initially submitted on 19 July 2024.
