Amaroq Minerals Updates Agreements and Transactions

AEX Gold, Inc. (TSE:AMRQ) has released an update.

Amaroq Minerals Ltd., a mine development company with assets in Southern Greenland, has terminated its market-making agreement with Landsbankinn hf. while continuing its engagement with Fossar Investment Bank hf. for its Icelandic depositary receipts. Additionally, Amaroq has entered into a new lease agreement for office premises in Reykjavik with Klettar Investments ehf, a company linked to their Non-Executive Director, under terms deemed fair by the Independent Directors.
