Amaroq Minerals Ltd., a mine development company with assets in Southern Greenland, has announced the TSX Venture Exchange’s approval of amendments to its Convertible Notes and the admission of new shares to trading markets. Following option exercises by an employee and share conversions, the company’s total share capital is now 365,659,743 shares. This update comes as the company progresses towards the production phase of the Nalunaq Gold mine by the end of 2024.
