Amarc Resources Ltd. is set to launch a comprehensive drilling program at its JOY Copper-Gold District in British Columbia, with funding by Freeport-McMoRan and operations led by Amarc. The 2024 program aims to discover new porphyry Cu-Au deposits across multiple drill-ready sites, leveraging data from recent geological surveys. Among the targets is the Northwest Gossan, a promising and unexplored site with significant IP anomalies and geochemical indications of a Cu-Au system.
