Amani Gold Limited has announced that Mr. Peter Huljich has stepped down as a director of the company as of July 7, 2024. Prior to his resignation, he had notable interests in the company, including 300 million performance rights and 250 million ordinary shares through Equity Plan Services Pty Ltd, as well as 10.8 million ordinary shares in his own right.
