Amaero International Ltd has raised A$25 million through an upsized institutional share placement at A$0.35 per share, with plans to fund capital equipment and facility improvements in Tennessee. The successful capital increase, backed by existing and new investors, significantly augments Amaero’s cash balance, boosting its capacity to meet demand for specialty alloy powders used in additive manufacturing.
