Amaero International Ltd has announced the appointment of Alistair Cray as a Non-Executive Director, effective from the next AGM on October 29, 2024. Cray, a well-established Brisbane-based investor and one of the company’s major shareholders, will seek shareholder election at the AGM. This follows the company’s search for an Australian-based director to replace Lucy Robb Vujcic, who has decided not to seek re-election.
