AM Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Shi Lizhi as a non-executive Director effective 31 May 2024, citing his desire to focus on other commitments. Mr. Shi’s departure is amicable, as he has no disagreements with the Board, no issues to raise to stakeholders, and no claims for compensation. The Board has expressed their gratitude for Mr. Shi’s contributions during his service.
