Aluminum of China plans to increase its expenditure caps for 2024 and 2025 due to anticipated business growth, raising the 2024 cap from RMB22.9 billion to RMB33.6 billion and the 2025 cap from RMB24.2 billion to RMB38.9 billion. These adjustments are subject to independent shareholder approval and comply with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
