Aluminum Corporation of China Limited announces its 2024 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held in Beijing on October 29, 2024, where they will address the interim profit distribution for 2024 and the election of Mr. Ding Chao as a supervisory committee member. Shareholders are entitled to attend and vote if registered by October 23, and proxy appointment procedures are detailed for those unable to attend.
