Aluminum Corporation of China Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.08 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an updated payment date and exchange rate resulting in HKD 0.0877 per share. Shareholders must take note of the ex-dividend date on June 27, 2024, and the payment date set for July 26, 2024. A withholding tax of 10-20% will be applied to non-resident shareholders, with specific rates dependent on the shareholder’s country of residence.
